What is your return policy on parts and consumables?

Unopened parts and consumables can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Specialized or custom-ordered machinery is non-returnable.

Does my equipment come with a warranty?

All new Cutworx USA machinery includes a standard one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal operating conditions.
