At Cutworx USA, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our finishing equipment and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship via a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
